Mitsubishi Electric (Guangzhou) Compressor Co., Ltd. (MGC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation of Japan in China. The registered capital is US$122.22 million. It covers an area of about 63,000 square meters and currently has more than 3,000 employees. It is a high-tech advanced enterprise with an annual production capacity of 8 million compressors. The factory has been using "JETEX-LLOYD'S" air-conditioning cabinets since 2000. For 20 years, the cabinets have been of excellent quality and have been operating normally. As the product life has expired, the factory plans to replace the new air-conditioning cabinets in batches. Considering Mitsubishi Electric's current requirements for product energy saving, our company sent technicians to conduct on-site inspections and recommended the use of high-efficiency EC fan air-conditioning cabinets, which is equivalent to the fan automatically changing frequency with temperature changes. Theoretically, the energy saving effect can reach more than 30%. In August this year, we tried to replace two EC air conditioning cabinets. After three months of continuous operation, we found that the power consumption was reduced by about 1/3 compared with before the transformation. The energy-saving effect was obvious and received five-star praise from customers. We plan to implement it in full in the future.
